This class will work with breath through the modality and wisdom of Kundalini yoga. Kundalini is the Yoga of awareness. You will connect with yourself through the use of breathwork, purposeful movement, meditation and mantra. Each practice is quite powerful and cultivates different energies in the body. Through continuous practice and deep curiosity this practice can establish a deep and powerful relationship with your own energy. All levels welcome.

Radha is a Shamanic, Cacao Medicine and Breathwork Practitioner, Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach . Her hope is to provide a safe container for healing, self-discovery and understanding of truth, utilizing the wisdom and teachings of her own healing journey, her indigenous ancestors, the ancient yogis and our mother earth.
