Julian is a native New Yorker with a background in Madhyamaka Buddhist philosophy and creative writing. He believes that the breath and written word are extremely powerful tools that can not only facilitate personal growth and wellbeing, but can also bring about deeper connection and compassion for others as well. His work reflects the idea that it is our responsibility to ease as much suffering as we can - both our own and that of all sentient beings around us.
