Class Schedule

Our Live Frequency breath practices are a real treat. They are a collective release, retune and reset. We breathe as individuals, through our own inner work, and we breath together. Breathing together creates a new kind of solvent, for more healing to occur in a buoyant way. When we do this work we can take it and go put good things into the world. Our healing becomes quantized, expansive and transformative on a level bigger than ourselves.
