This class is an invitation for you to dive deep into the exploration of your emotional body. Experience a grounding meditation of guided deep belly breathing, followed by a 25 minute breathwork journey. We will end with a relaxing integration. This practice is for anyone looking to get a deeper sense of purpose, release stress, or just get to know themselves a little better. No experience required.
About Your Guide :
Tiffany Curren's first experience with spirituality was an unlikely, divine moment when, at the young age of five, Swami Satchidananda lifted her up over his head, smiled, and gave her a new name, Shakti Prema. This experience altered her trajectory and landed her on a path of spirituality based modalities. She is a breathwork facilitator, reiki master teacher and meditation guide who knows that you are the magic, and that everything you need is within you. She believes that our bodies yearn to come back to a place of ease and joy, and she is humbled to walk with you and bring your attention back to your own wisdom.
How to Prepare :
This class is done lying flat. You may want a blanket and a pillow for comfort. If you have an eye pillow, that could be really nice as well.
