This is a Kundalini Breath practice to help us ally with the emotion of depression. First, its important to note that when we talk about depression in this video we are not talking about clinical depression, but rather the emotion of depression, that we are all likely to experience at some point or another.
Radha encourages us to see depression as an ally. Depression shows up to tell us to rest, to give us the space to recalibrate and reconfigure old patterns. She guides to fully surrender to the feeling, as if it were a weighted blanket or a pair of healing hands. You'll finish feeling a little bit lighter.
