The breath practice will offer you direct practice and experience with the piece of information presented. This class is great for beginners or anyone looking to nerd out on minutiae of their breathwork practice.
How to Prepare: Come with a curious mind and an open heart. Prepare to practice sitting upright or laying down. Wear comfy clothes and take a couple of minutes to turn off your phone and create the conditions for deep relaxation in your space.
