Breath Style : Three Part Breath
Rediscover, or discover for the first time, your body as a safe haven, as healer and as healed.This class is for anyone curious to know themselves on an energetic level and to fortify their inner confidence. Throughout this class you will be guided into a sense of trust and safety through surrender. You will be guided from the jumpy survival brain into the steadiness of your heart space and body brain. Once you tap into the magic of your whole self you may find yourself moving through heartbreak, changing habits, letting go of detrimental narratives and building a stronger more loving relationship with yourself. You can expect about 30 minutes of active breathing and plenty of time for rest, integration and community.
About Your Guide :
Samantha Story is a Breathwork Facilitator. She is honored to walk with you on your path. She will guide you, as an ally, through the energetic portal so that your healing can take place physically, mentally and emotionally.
To Prepare :
Have a comfortable place to sit and to lie down. Light some incense or a candle, whatever you want to create a magical soulful space. Optional: essential oils, ocean/palm stones, or eye pillow.
