Samantha Grayman

Samantha (she/her) is a meditation guide and breathwork facilitator from Atlanta, GA with 12 years of experience developing her own meditation routines and practices after feeling as though traditional routes didn't necessarily work for her. Samantha has grown to love sharing accessible meditation and breathwork tips and practices with friends, family, and community members, particularly those who have felt intimidated and excluded by traditional meditation and breathwork spaces.

An attorney-to-be, Samantha understands the difficulties that can come with balancing demanding life tasks with the need for revolutionary and genuine self-love. For this reason, she has, over the past year, shifted her instagram page (@mindfulnessmami) from a fashion blog to a mindfulness space that provides tips and tricks on navigating this necessary balance. Samantha graduated from Yale Law School in May of 2020 is also in the process of obtaining her 200 RYT credentials at Yoga Farm.
