The New Moon has a powerful Frequency and a lot to teach us about the cyclical nature of our own energy. She teaches us how to heal, connect, expand and open. This ceremony will use Breathwork and Cacao to help amplify connection to the moon and your connection to self. We will open with a mindful cacao drinking ceremony, set our intentions, actively breath for about 25 minutes. Then deep rest, integration and time for optional sharing will follow. Ceremonial Cacao and Breathwork go right to your heart, your truth and your inner knowing. You might experience ‘aha’ moments, deep intuitive knowing, shedding of old trauma and armoring, clear inner truth and opening up new, aligned ways of being.
Radha is a Shamanic, Cacao Medicine and Breathwork Practitioner, Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach . Her hope is to provide a safe container for healing, self-discovery and understanding of truth, utilizing the wisdom and teachings of her own healing journey, her indigenous ancestors, the ancient yogis and our mother earth.
If you would like to participate with the Ceremonial Cacao that Radha works with, please coordinate with her at least 4 days prior to Ceremony at [email protected]. Cacao is always optional. Other alternatives are your favorite tea or water.
Have a quiet space where you can comfortably lay down for an extended period of time.
Clear with sage, palo santo or light a candle.
Prepare an altar if that resonates with you (favorite oils, crystals, personal or spiritual items of relevance).
Have a journal, pen, eye pillow/mask, headphones, blanket and water with you.
Do not eat a heavy meal or caffeine two hours prior to ceremony, but drink plenty of water.
Prepare cacao beforehand. Sample recipe below. *Cacao is always optional and any interpretation of it can be substituted (tea, water, etc.). Please no alcohol.
As you prepare the cacao, treat it as part of the ceremony. Beforehand get grounded, take some deep breaths and clear the preparation space. During prep, you can practice mindful silence, play sacred music, sing, chant and/or speak to the cacao. Be present and deliberate with each step.
