Breath Style : Three - Part Breath
Start your morning with an intentional breath practice to help ground and focus your energy. We'll use this time to create open communication and synchronicity for mind body connection. Listening to the gentle cues and nuance from the body, while accessing the healing power of breath to release tension, stress, and anxiety.
The breath practice will offer participants the ability to up regulate or down regulate the nervous system through breath. We will learn how to soothe our stress response and open neural pathways to help calm the mind.
