Emily Sause is an explorer of sound and spirit. As an avid student of life, she integrates experiential wisdom that serves to inform her approach to her work, on a mission toward global harmonization. Emily works primarily with breath and sound as modalities for inviting individuals into an intimacy with their immediate experience, and a tapping of their innate resonance and resilience. She sees the body as a beautifully intricate biological computer that can be updated, reprogrammed and loved in a way that can nourish the remembrance of our wholeness.
