April 10, 2021 Krista guides us through a practice in acceptance. When we learn to accept the inevitability of pain, grief and loss we may be able to find the courage to feel and experience them. This keeps us open and available to fully experience the joy of living and unconditional love.

This class is a deep dive into the essence of soul-led creativity and how it feels to create from an expansive, free-flowing, mindless state. You will breathe to uncover what is ready to be released. By harnessing the power of your own expansive breath, Krista will guide you to alchemize what arises, transforming it into light. The class is deeply relaxing and allows for easeful and profound shifting and realignment in your energetic structure. Expect a combination of subtle energy work, breath, meditation, music and intuitive expression. You will alchemize these profound feelings into works of visual art.

It can whatever you’ve got handy and/or whatever lights you up - pen/pencil/crayons/markers/paint & paper/a napkin/canvas/sketch pad).
