Breath Style : Three-Part Breath
Using the three-part breath, this class aims to generate one of our most powerful human responses: forgiveness. When we forgive ourselves and or others, our hearts become lighter. We are less burdened, unencumbered, and able to move forward with gratitude for all of our multitudinous experiences, for all that has shaped us – the light and the dark. Forgiveness increases our capacity for love, for empathy, and makes room for our pure, authentic self to come in. We are not our past. We are not our future. In this class we will use sound, movement, and the breath to ground us in the present moment. When we breathe together, tapping into this collective energy of forgiveness, we are able to alter perception, and get clear on what really matters, today, right now.
