This guided self-healing Breathwork will help you tap into the parasympathetic rest and digest state bringing a deep state of relax to your day, all while building a resilient nervous system. Codi Jane will meet you exactly where you are and hold a sacred and loving container for your heart to open, fear to dissolve, and your highest transformation to occur. It is her intention to guide you to your innermost being, in this space you are completely whole, connected to a divine intelligence where you can experience the gift of oneness, and limitless perception.
About Your Guide : Kadence is dedicated to unlocking the creative spirit that lives within us all. Her work is rooted in the studying of group consciousness through a variety of modalities, including but not limited to dance, theater, writing, and breathwork. She came to know Frequency while studying with Dr. Megan Poe at NYU, and later went on to co-teach Dr. Poe’s groundbreaking Love Class.
As a founding teacher and facilitator at Frequency, she has continued to explore the infinite question of what it means to be alive, right now, and gently invites others to go on this epic journey with her. She believes in the transformative and transcendent power of our human technology through art, breath, and revolutionary love, and loves to hold space for others as they access this power within themselves.
To prepare: Come as you are, with a willingness to trust in the loving shifts that are available to you in this session. To set the tone, dim the lights, maybe light an incense, have an essential oil you love at hand, or an eye pillow if you have one to help you drop deeply into your internal world.
