In this microdose, Julian guides us to enter a state of watchfulness. We often spend our time worrying about things that have yet to come, or reliving things that have already happened. Through this breath meditation, we calibrate our minds and bodies to the fleeting nature of emotion and sensation, and ground into the present moment. This session asks us, “What am I feeling now? And now? And now?” Use this microdose to let go of the past and release fear of the future.
