Breath Style : Conscious Breathing
There is power in tenderness.
This is a gentle mindfulness-based and breath-centered practice open to all. In this space, Samantha offers simple breathwork and meditation guidance to help us tap into the transformative power of tenderness. You will be guided through 30 minutes of breath, stillness, and reflection.
Being gentle with ourselves revolutionizes the way we understand self-worth and healing, bringing us closer everyday to the radical love we all deserve. Acknowledging the need to meet ourselves where we are relieves the pressure to "perform" and to "perfect" and creates space for us to simply be. Taking the time to tap into tenderness allows us to train our minds to listen more attentively to our bodies with patience, understanding, and trust.
This strives to be an inclusive space - whether it's your first or your hundredth time meditating, I work alongside you and wish for you that you will gain something from this experience.
