What does "Grounded" feel like in your body? Feeling grounded means being connected to earth, to our bodies and to our sense. It brings us to a sense of present moment awareness and "all is well". These breath practices will bring you into your body, connect you to earth and create a palpable shift away from the "fight or flight" nervous system response. This collection is great for those moments when you may feel frazzled, nervous, explosive, anxious or heady. Use any of these short pieces on their own, or in conjunction with each other. It doesn't take long to create a shift in your Frequency and bring you back home.
