Being embodied means that you have the ability to tap into the intelligence of your body. To be able to listen to physical, emotional and energetic sensations. When we are able to feel and accept our feelings we are able to move through life with a little bit more fluidity and ease. We may be less rigid, more open, more adaptable and more creative.
