Chad Foreman

Chad Foreman is the founder of The Way of Meditation and a former Buddhist monk who studied and practiced full time with his Guru Khensur Rinpoche, Geshe Tashi Tsering for 6 years living in an isolated meditation retreat hut in a Tibetan Buddhist community in Queensland, Australia. With his Guru's blessing Chad has been teaching meditation since 2002.

Chad now leads meditation Retreats in Australia and offers Online Meditation Coaching for beginners and regular meditators has a free e-book called Insights Along The Way. Chad has also developed an incredible 21 day meditation program of teachings and guided meditations from the foundations of relaxation and mindfulness, with advanced breathing techniques and through to the deepest understanding of your true nature of unbounded awareness.
