Caleb leads a grounding practice to land you in your body, tune in with the idea of "home"and find a sense of comfort and familiarity in the heart space.
Breath Style : Segmented 4 : 1 breathing
Using the drum as an anchor, Caleb will lead participants through a rhythmic breathing exercise, that calms the nervous system. Participants will then be led through a guided meditation that focuses on the rhythm of the heart and activating the body through tapping and some movement.
