Using the drum as an anchor, Caleb will lead participants through a rhythmic breathing exercise, that calms the nervous system. Participants will then be led through a guided meditation that focuses on the rhythm of the heart and activating the body through tapping and some movement.
About Your Guide : Caleb Spaulding is a percussionist, social entrepreneur, and storyteller who brings 20 years of rhythm expertise to his work as an educator and facilitator.
His mission is to use rhythm, music, and movement to inspire creativity, happiness, and playfulness in people of all ages and backgrounds.
Ideal setting to tune into class : Participants are encouraged to be in a comfortable place in comfortable clothes. If able, have some nice smells around, for example, palo santo or bright essential oils.
