Jayne leads a practice to help us digest emotion with the breath. When we numb or dissociate from our feelings they don't go away, they just tend to go a little deeper down. We can use the breath to help witness, process and move old emotion.
Breath Style : Box Breath
This class begins by zooming in on one element of the Frequency Breathwork practice. Whether it is finding a truly comfortable seat, tuning in with your energy, embodiment, or the science behind the breath you will always leave a little more informed than when you started. The breath practice will offer you direct practice and experience with the piece of information presented. This class is great for beginners or anyone looking to nerd out on minutiae of their breathwork practice.
How to Prepare: Come with a curious mind and an open heart. Prepare to practice sitting upright or laying down. Wear comfy clothes and take a couple of minutes to turn off your phone and create the conditions for deep relaxation in your space.
